10 HF Drill
Credit: Xray Alpha
Setup: Place a target down range at 20 yards.
Procedure: Fire 5 rounds at the 20 yard line and record the time. Move to the 15 yard line and repeat. Then the 10 yard line and the 5 yard line.
Goal: Get a 10 hit factor. That is basically all alpha's with each position averaging 2.5 seconds.
