Bar Hop

Setup: Place two targets roughly one foot apart. Position a marker on the ground five to ten yards away, centered in relation to the targets.

Procedure: Start on either the left or right side of the center marker. On the signal, draw and engage both targets, alternating between them with two rounds each, for a total of eight rounds. Begin by engaging the target on the opposite side of your starting position. You must shoot while in motion; do not pause to step over the marker.

Goal: Complete this drill in 3 seconds or under with all alphas.
