Bill Drill

Setup: Setup a target anywhere between 3 and 20 yards away.

Procedure: Starting with your hands at your sides or raised in a surrender position, draw and fire six rounds as quickly and accurately as possible. Aim for the A-zone; occasional shots in the C-zone are acceptable.

Goal: Be able to do this at 7 yards in 2 seconds or less.

Expanding on the Bill Drill

Adding some movement

Description: 2 Bill Drills with some movement in between.

Setup: Setup a target at 20 yards and mark the ground at 7 yards.

Procedure: Run the Bill Drill from 20 yards, then move to 7 yards and run it again.

Goal: Complete both drills in 6 seconds or less.
