Doubles

Setup: Setup a single target 7 to 10 yards away. You can push beyond this if it gets too easy.

Procedure: Pick a spot on your target and fire pairs (x2 shots) at that spot. 8 shots / 4 pairs is probably enough but you can do more or less. Pay particular attention to what your dot is doing. Do not look at the dot; remain target focused, but be aware of the dot’s movement while you are firing your pairs. The draw on this isn't important. You should be focused just on the shooting.

Goal: The goal here is consistency. You want the dot to behave in a consistent and predictable manner. You also want your grip to remain constant; it should be the same at the end of the drill as it was at the beginning.
