HR Drill

Credit: Lucas Botkin

Setup: Setup a partial target and an open target a few feet apart. Then set a marker (stick) 10, 25 and 50 yards away from the targets.

Procedure: Sprint from the 50 yard line to the targets. You can Bill Drill the open target once you're between the 25 yard marker and the 10 yard marker. Once you're passed the 10 yard marker you take 1 shot at the head of the partial target.

Goal: Test your shooting while your heart rate is up.
