Setup: This is a great dry fire drill for home becuase you can just use a light switch or a spot on the wall as a target.
Procedure: You will need an audio que for this. You can use a shot timer; I personally use the BShock app on my smartwatch to trigger the beep. Aim at the target, keep your finger off the trigger, or barely touching it. Upon the beep, engage the trigger quickly and aggressively.
Goal: Be able to engage the trigger fast and aggressive without moving the dot much.
